Applying for an Automatic Upgrade

If you purchased Liquid Ledger just prior to the release of Version 2.0, you may be eligible for a free and automatic upgrade.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the free upgrade, you must have purchased Liquid Ledger Personal Finance Version 1.5 on or after September 1, 2007. To validate your eligibility, you must provide a proof of purchase document that includes the following information:

  • the reseller’s name and address;
  • the product and version purchased;
  • the order date; and
  • the purchase price.

Note: Photocopies of proof of purchase documents are acceptable, however e-mail receipts cannot be accepted.

If you purchased Liquid Ledger from our Online Store, your purchase information is already on-file and no proof of purchase is necessary.

Requesting the Upgrade

If you meet the eligibility requirements, send us your 20-digit licence code by e-mail along with a scan or photo of your proof of purchase. If you prefer to mail or fax your proof of purchase documents, please contact us for instructions.

How do I find my licence code?

Your 20-digit licence code will have been printed on a yellow card inside the Liquid Ledger retail box. If you purchased the download-only version of Liquid Ledger, the licence code will have been sent to you by e-mail.
